For me, female empowerment means to give more women and girls confidence about their dreams and ideas.
“
Imagine a ladder: right now women have to fight to get to the bottom of it, then climb a ladder without steps, while external and internal voices are telling them along the way to stop. Let’s ensure that a ladder is simply a ladder, for all.
“

My vision: to encourage & enable women to pursue the digital careers they dream of. That's why New Work needs New Education. Our female graduates pioneer the male-dominated tech world and act as role models in their teams. For more women and more diversity in tech jobs.

Female empowerment represents equality. Equal opportunities and equal rights. We are not asking for any favours...just the chance to be all we can be...to excel without external boundaries or limitations.
“

Women should not be governed by the thought of "unless it's perfect, it's not good enough". Instead - as risk and return go hand in hand - girls should be encouraged to climb on trees, just like women should encourage themselves to build companies. If you want something, take it seriously!
“

To me, female empowerment means enabling every women to reach her fullest potential and live the life she aspires to have. Passing this core belief on to younger women is a passion of mine - and I enjoy sharing some lifehacks I’ve used and found helpful along the way. This is why I’m excited to join the Female Founders Night!

“
For me female empowerment is the sum of joining forces with brilliant, smart, wonderful woman by my side, as well as empowering others to live to their fullest potential!

“
To be given the same chance as anyone to pursue their dreams and to find their purpose - this is what female empowerment is to me. Every women should have this equal opportunity.
“

There are enough strong women out there. Let us be role models and go the way together. That's why I think the Female Founders Night is so important. It is precisely through the exchange, discussion and visibility of role models that we create sustainable change in society.

“
I strongly believe in the motivational power of role models. Still, today we lack visibility of the many inspiring women that are running businesses. For me, the Female Founders Night is an event to shine the spot light on all these women. And I hope to make a small contribution on encouraging many more to become entrepreneurs and thereby have an impact on our society’s future.

Women’s empowerment for me doesn’t always need to be a huge battle cry or initiative—you don’t need to move mountains. It’s more about the day-to-day- sponsoring women, investing in women, or even just speaking up and making sure your voice and your colleagues’ voices are heard. Whether you are just beginning in your career, a mid-manager, or on a board, you have a part to play.
“

We necessarily need more female entrepreneurs. In my opinion women found companies differently: with instinct, gut feeling, responsible foresight and a seventh sense. These traits are essential to build a sustainable economy for our grandchildren.
“

For me female empowerment means that everybody needs to work on the joined goal to have equal chances in life and work environment regardless of the gender.
“

I want to share my experience and show younger female talents that if you really believe in your career, you can become whatever you want. Its about determination, passion and about NEVER taking no as an answer.
“

Female Empowerment to me is finding your individual way despite the boundaries of gendered cultural expectations and recreate these in doing so.

Female empowerment is to support and encourage each other (just like men and women can "empower" each other too!): without ego, but with real interest in my counterpart. Without talk about titles and status. To have interest in the other is to show appreciation.
