BREAKING BARRIERS, CREATING CHANGE
In our fast-paced and rapidly developing world, it is more important than ever to set an example and actively promote a more diverse entrepreneurial landscape. This topic is particularly relevant in the context of female entrepreneurship.

To this day, women face numerous barriers to starting and growing their own businesses, such as limited access to funding or biased attitudes. Nevertheless, a great number of women have persevered and succeeded in overcoming these barriers, thereby creating meaningful change in their industries and communities.
Female founders have been pioneers in driving innovation and progress across a wide range of fields from technology and healthcare to fashion and social entrepreneurship. Our goal is to showcase women who successfully challenged social structures and pushed beyond traditional boundaries, in order to encourage participants to do the same. Therefore, we invite inspiring female change-makers to share their stories, insights and experience. Through a variety of panel discussions and keynote speeches, we want to explore the unique challenges and opportunities that female founders face today.
Participants will gain insights into how we can all work together to support and encourage the next generation of entrepreneurs. Together with the audience we want to challenge the status quo, question existing societal structures, ask provocative questions and discuss aspirations and hopes.
